Mark Neumann

Mr. Neumann is a Managing Directos with Nobska Ventures and is a founding member of 510 Ventures, a privately owned investment holding company. Mr. Neumann formed 510 Ventures in 2000.

From 1991 until 2000, Mr. Neumann was President and co-founder of Special Counsel, Inc., the nations largest legal staffing provider and now a wholly owned subsidiary of Modis Professional Services (NYSE: MPS). Special Counsel has over 25 offices throughout the country and revenues of approaching $100 Million.

Mr. Neumann is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He previously practiced real estate law with a large Maryland law firm (Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman, now defunct). He left the practice of law in 1991 when he and his partner created Special Counsel.

Mr. Neumann is on the board of several local charitable organizations including The Associated (of which he is the 2008 Campaign Chair), Johns Hopkins Medicine National Council, and the Baltimore Area Council of AIPAC (of which he is immediate past Chair).
